Therapy is a collaborative process. We talk, reflect, and gently explore what’s coming up for you, while building tools that support emotional clarity, resilience, and faith-aligned growth.

That’s completely okay. You don’t need to have the “right words.” We’ll take things step by step, starting with whatever feels most present or heavy for you.
